They're customer service really turned me off. Selection was good, and the site was easy to follow, that's what kept me signed up to their site for over a year. I had an issue with a DVD that I had apparently not sent back, although I know that I did, so my extra slot was denied. I thought to contact customer service, to try to reason with them, but they simply referred me to their terms of use, and that (not in so many words) I was basically at fault for something that I didn't do wrong. Gladly the DVD in question appeared out of the blue, and I was able to cancel my registration. This wasn't the first one that got "lost", but it was the first one that caused so many issues. One thing that bothers me the most is bad customer service, especially when I'm trying to be as polite and accomodating as possible.
